Refund policy
14-day refund if a kit is technically broken and we can't fix it.
Digital goods are downloadable instantly, so change-of-mind refunds aren't possible. Everything else is.
What qualifies
- The kit doesn't render correctly on a current, stable version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge
- A documented feature in the kit is missing or non-functional
- Support hasn't replied within two business days
- Support has replied, but we can't resolve the issue within five business days
What doesn't qualify
- "It looks different than I expected" — that's why the live demo exists
- "I can't customise it the way I want" — happy to advise; not a refund reason
- "I bought the wrong kit" — we can exchange within 14 days; no refund
- "I changed my mind" — sorry, can't undo an instant download
How to claim
Email hello@doddy.co with your order number and a short description of the issue. If it qualifies, refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If we miss our 2-business-day support reply window, the refund is automatic — you don't need to argue for it.
Chargebacks
Please email me before filing a chargeback. I'd much rather solve the underlying problem (or refund you) than spend a week on a dispute case. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested.
